Sussical the Musical

You know, everything doesn't turn out the way we want. However, there is always something good hidden in there. I learned that just today.

  My school has a middle school drama club. I just joined. Tomorrow is our first practice for the musical: Sussical. I really wanted JoJo, a who (who can be a boy or a girl). I did my best while I was trying out. Even though one of my brothers thought that I couldn't do it. When I read the cast list just this afternoon, I thought he was right. I didn't get the part. However, I'm glad I didn't get it. Memorizing all those lines.... whew! I am a bird girl, which is a medium part, but a really fun one. Overall, there's always a reason for something that happens, even if you don't see it at first.
